KWG Files An Application To Extend Life Of Warrants

Montréal, Québec – KWG Resources Inc. announces the filing of an application with the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the terms of 52,014,248 of its outstanding warrants.  The application calls for the extension of the expiry dates varying from June 18 to December 21, 2009 to June 18 to December 21, 2012.  The exercise price of the warrants is not amended.
